What is included in a monthly unit?

Each unit includes 6-8 sessions of coaching and fun!  In the sport units, most equipment will be provided.

The following equipment is not provided and needs to be brought by each athlete. However, if you're unable to provide the equipment, I do offer rentals for $5/unit

What ages can participate in your program?

We serve athletes in ages 5-16. During each class, we do our best to separate kids into age and ability levels. This allows us to vary the activities and meet the needs of each child! This model accommodates for families with a wide range of ages.

Do you offer trial classes before you sign up for a monthly unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can utilize our drop in feature You can pay an $15 fee for one session to see if this is a good fit for your athlete. If you chose to continue within the monthly unit, the $15 will be applied to the monthly fee. *To drop-in a class, you need to notify us ahead of time to ensure there is space for your child to attend.

What if my child misses a class or classes are cancelled due to weather?

Contact us and we will be happy to figure out a time that will work to make up your class! Classes can be made up by either attending another class or by scheduling a different time during the week that will work within our schedules. We need advance notice of the session you would like to attend to make up a class to ensure space is available.
